We believe our business has been built on being adaptable. Intentionally listening to our customers and proactively responding to the demands of project schedules, contractors and suppliers to deliver projects as per contract and on time.
Communication
At Ramage Building, one of our highest values is communication as we believe this is a key to working efficiently and delivering on expectations. We aim to keep open and ongoing communication with our clients; keeping them informed and being available to discuss the ins and outs of their build before, throughout and at completion.
A build schedule is also used as a live, working document to establish and maintain clear communication between clients, suppliers, contractors and ourselves right the way through a project. A team can work effectively when everyone is on the same page. We enjoy working with likeminded clients and contractors who can appreciate the commitment of a schedule.
Family work-life balance
Family work-life balance is another pillar to our business. Having a young family, being present with our children and spouse is very important and we respect that of our team, suppliers and contractors. We hope to create a joyful and enthusiastic workplace. We aim to ‘cruise at speed’.
